I am Caroline and life and party behind Abstract Mixologist. I have been in and around the bar industry since age 18 and have worked in bars and restaurants on three continents. I have been putting drinks together since the age of about 8 and can still remember the sound the frozen lemons would make as they hit the fizzy tonic in my mother’s G&T!

It is a love of food and flavor that brings me to mixology. Not satisfied with simply pouring a drink, I got to playing with the flavors in the glass much like I do when I’m cooking. Always in search of the perfect mix of salty and sweet!

I have spent an extraordinary amount of time at cocktail parties around the world, whether as a guest or on staff in some capacity. Through Abstract Mix I bring a bit of that fun and glamour into our parties here in Dallas. Whether you’re looking for a bit of Queen’s Birthday style at your next ‘garden party’ or you’re whacking up the AC for a wintry feel at Christmas in July, or are we working on a Champagne Buffet for your New Year Black Tie bash, or are you taking your guests on a European Tour without leaving home.
