I am at my best playing around in the Kitchen. Mixing and matching flavor and texture. Whether I’m building a Cocktail or making a meal, for me it’s all the same. Start with a couple of base ingredients add some sweetness and a little sharpness, don’t forget to season well – then present the results for the eyes to enjoy first!
I’m enjoying what I call a chef’s Martini.
Gin, dry vermouth, a little red wine vinegar, a briny olive and a pinch of salt. Garnished with my home pickled red onion.
